Request Account Deletion

You can delete your HeartForm account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do this:
1. From inside the app
Open HeartForm, go to Settings, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data immediately.
2. By email request
If you can't access the app, email dominionmandate@protonmail.com from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We will process the request within 7 days and confirm by reply.
What gets deleted
The following data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered:
- Your account and email address
- Your profile and setup responses (goal, spiritual background, preferences)
- All devotional prompts generated for you
- Your check-ins and engagement history
- Push notification tokens and delivery settings
